UCSS considers seriously that health service being the essential service for human life has been accepted as the most important part of human right. In view of the campaign over the urge "Health for all by 2000 AD" of World Health Organization (WHO_ and the commitments made in various international health conventions, Nepal Government has formulated and implemented Health service policy. We the team of UCSS is seriously attending government's strategy for the implementation in Health sector around Himalayan region of Nepal. At this moment, we are focusing on the following activities in health sector:
Prescribed Medicine Distributions
Under this program, possible prescribed necessary individuals will be distributed to primary health center, health posts and sub health posts of the Himalayan region. This program aims to ensure the supply of medicines required for or proper use of medicines at primary health centers, and to conduct medicine distribution program at the local level with local people's participation.
